Hi, I’m Paolo from “Le Piantagioni del Caffè” and in this video, I’ll show you what happens when we overfill the milk jug.

As always, we purge our steam wand. Here, the milk jug is filled not half-way, but two-thirds: let’s see what happens.

Obviously I don’t have a lot of space and what happens is the milk spurts out: so we’ve got problems with the milk spilling out of the jug resulting in an uneven froth. The situation around our coffee machine is not the best!
