So, as always, we purge our steam wand. Here, as I haven’t half-filled the milk jug but only filled it up to around a third, we can even hear from the noise how we’re not getting the air into the milk right. The temperature, on the other hand, will rise very quickly and big bubbles will form. So the milk won’t froth right.
