AeroPress
Hello, I’m Paolo from “Le Piantagioni del Caffè” and I will talk about AeroPress.
In a very short time, AeroPress has become the coffee lovers’ object of worship.
It was invented in 2005 by Alan Adler who in the ’80 also invented the flying ring Aerobie, from which this device took his prefix.
It is a practical object: easy to clean, simple to transport, and therefore it can be found among the equipment of all alternative brewing lovers.
We suggest it to brew our Samaria and Dambi Uddo.
The recommended temperature is around 88 and 90 degrees with a medium or fine grind similar to fine salt, a brewing time of 1 or 2 minutes, and a dose of coffee and water equal to 75 grams per liter (in this case 15 grams of coffee every 200 milliliters of water).
